What I've learned
Being "Entrepreneurial" means to persevere through difficulties. It means to never give up when things get hard and to push yourself to do what you need to do. To successfully start your own business you need to have a drive and passion that sets you apart from everyone else. The ability to adapt to any challenges thrown your way, have confidence in yourself and abilities, and to be open to new ideas is necessary to be a successful entrepreneur.

To be a great leader you need to be outgoing and confident. You have to be secure in your own abilities before you can even think about leading others. Staying in your comfort zone isn't an option when trying to be a successful leader.
Although the uniqueness and innovative nature of a product definitely leads to success. A business's success is reliant on other important factors such as the team working behind it and the timing of the product's introduction. Having a solid business model and understanding of an industry is the key to success.
